Tammy Erickson Associates and Stryve Advisors Announce New Partnership

The Affiliation includes Unique Membership Program that helps Talent Management Executives Build Intelligent Organizations

May 29, 2012 - Tamara Erickson Associates (TEA) and Stryve Advisors have announced a new network partnership to address the biggest challenges facing Human Resource leaders today. The two firms will combine their unique capabilities to create an ongoing membership program specifically designed to support Chief Human Resources Officers and Organizational Change executives in the challenges of building organizations for today’s business world.

“Human Resource leaders today have a huge responsibility, driving critical work to acquire and retain talent and build the organizations required for today’s business challenges,” said Tammy Erickson, TEA founder and chief executive officer. “They’re being asked to build executive talent, rethink outdated organizational practices, create fresh approaches to engage the changing workforce, and re-shape the capabilities of their own organizations.

The Stryve-TEA partnership’s Organizational Effectiveness Forum is an ongoing membership program combining TEA’s leading-edge thinking and development opportunities for the HR team itself with Stryve’s premier development events for senior executives, which many companies use on a rotational basis for the development of senior leaders across the company.

“Partnering with Stryve Advisors is an exciting proposition for us,” Erickson continued.  “Stryve grew out of the former Concours Group and is renowned for unique, signature-style senior-level executive education.  Their events are without doubt the best programs available today for expanding the perspectives of executive leaders.  Adding Stryve’s programs to our own offerings solves one of the major challenges our Human Resource leaders face:  building executive talent and bringing new insights into the organization.”

According to Erickson who was recently named, for the second time, to the Thinkers50, a premier biennial ranking of global business thinkers, the uniqueness of the TEA-Stryve partnership is the ability to address multiple talent challenges in one, cost-effective program.

“By combining Stryve-signature Executive Forums and TEA’s own acclaimed research process, members are able to invest in developing a broad group of senior leaders and the HR team itself, while gaining fresh insights and practical management techniques that specifically improve organizational effectiveness,” Erickson said.

Stryve Managing Partner Ron Christman said, “We are excited that Tammy Erickson and her firm of senior experts are partnering with Stryve.  Tammy is unquestionably one of the most exciting thought-leaders in the area of the changing workforce and new organizational models today.  TEA’s research and hands-on approach within client organizations provides an extraordinary benefit for forward-thinking HR leaders.”

TEA, founded in 2012 by Tammy Erickson, is headquartered in the Boston area.  The company works with business leadership to understand the challenges facing organizations today, disseminate and leverage new ideas and re-shape the most important organizational practices by utilizing a specific set of hands-on services.

Houston-based Stryve Advisors offers a unique approach to realize value from existing information technology systems while integrating new technologies and applications, faster and with fewer resources. Stryve also runs a series of renowned Executive Conferences—small sessions and peer-level discussions that foster new insights and lasting relationships.
