Tammy Erickson Associates develops unique insights into the challenges facing businesses today, works in partnership with you to disseminate and leverage new ideas within your organization, and offers a specific set of hands-on services to help you re-shape your most important organizational practices.

Our team is led by Tammy Erickson, who was recently named for the second time to the Thinkers50, a premier biennial ranking of global business thinkers, with advisors drawn from America, Asia, the Middle East and Europe. She was honored for her seminal work on leadership and generations.

We engage with our clients in two ways:

  • Through Insight, our unique membership-based program that leverages a cost-effective research consortium with personalized delivery from some of the world’s premiere thought leaders and executive advisors and
  • Through Advisory Services, customized specifically to your needs, designed to help you make a real difference within your organization.

In addition, we design and deliver speeches and workshops on intelligent organizations, trends and issues in talent management, and innovation and collaboration; the workshop materials for some of our most popular workshops are available online, if you'd like to facilitate these workshops in your own organization
