Presentation will Focus on the Multi-Generational Workforce
April 15, 2013 - New York – A record number of attendees are expected to attend this year’s annual Women in Finance Working Session and Awards Luncheon May 15 at the Cipriani, New York City. Tammy Erickson, author and CEO of Tammy Erickson Associates, will present a keynote presentation at the popular event honoring those women who have reached the top finance position in the Fortune 500.The half-day event begins with a working session that will feature HSNi Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Judy Schmeling and CEO Mindy Grossman, discussing the CEO-CFO relationship, their road to success, key challenges, and outlook for the future.
In addition to Tammy Erickson, Dalynn Hoch, CFO of Zurich North America will also give a keynote presentation on the role of today’s CFO.
Ms. Erickson will discuss the challenge of leading a multi-generational workforce. She will demonstrate how companies need to create cultures that are welcoming and engaging for talented workers of all ages. She will discuss her work and research on the four generations that are working together in today’s workplace, and reveal a new generation that is on the way.
