TEA All-Member Meeting
Tucson, Arizona, October 28-30, 2012
October 15, 2012 - As a part of our Insight, 12 month membership-based program, Tammy Erickson Associates holds two all member meetings each year that are designed to explore our new research and collaborate with peers. Our Fall Meeting is in Tucson, October 28-30, and focuses on the future of talent and how to be prepared to compete for the talent you’ll need tomorrow. The agenda includes:- The Re-gens — preliminary primary research by TEA that will shed light on what makes this next wave in the workforce both different and desirable
- Contingent workers — update on the development of the contingent workforce, how it’s changing, and why it’s becoming more popular with employers as well as workers.
- The potential of gamification — to develop an innovative culture, some companies are selecting optimal creative talent using gaming techniques
- Boomers New Life Stage — a look at how boomers are still making waves in their “retirement†years. What are the implications of this life stage on the economy, businesses, and other organizations? Where and how can social technology have the greatest impact in mobilizing this generation in their new life stage?
